This role will also involve food preparation tasks if and when required.**

- **Making specialty drinks and serving food**

- **Keep the service and back of house areas in a clean and safe condition**

- **Take ownership of your workplace and constantly seek to improve the service**

- **Handle cash and use the till system**

- **Ensure the highest standard and quality of all food & drink**

- **Maintain high standards of cleanliness and appearance in all work areas**

- **Good understanding of the principals of food hygiene**
