- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily coffee shop operations
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance
- Monitor sales performance and set targets for the team
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Uphold health and safety standards within the store
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as coffee shop as supervisor or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to supervise and motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Leadership qualities with a focus on driving sales and enhancing customer experience
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is advantageous for effective communication with diverse customers
