- Quality Assurance Oversight: Maintain a high standard of oversight to guarantee the quality and effectiveness of child protection plans.
- Voice of the Child: Promote and capture the voice of the child and their lived experience in conferences, fostering an environment that values and incorporates their perspectives.
- Support and Challenge: Provide both high support and high challenge to social care and partner agencies, driving child-centered outcomes and delivering SMART plans to minimize and reduce risk factors.
- Full-Time Commitment: This is a full-time position spanning across 5 days, with opportunities for remote work when conferences are not scheduled.
