**Pay Rate**: £26.98/hr _via _Umbrella including holiday_; Weekly pay

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Project professional to change manage an ongoing digital transformation. This role is to provide support and guidance to users/staff as they adapt to the rollout of the new digital solutions and integrated systems,understanding all associated benefits and challenges. Prior experience of such transformations is preferable.
- Acting as the Implementation Support lead for the transformation programme; including project management and coordination of all activities relating to the implementation of the programme deliverables
- Supporting the Digital Health lead with the implementation of the complex programme of work, ensuring all controls are established and develop a clear programme delivery structure
- Developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships, across multiple organisations, internally and externally, to ensure the programme content reflects the views and requirements of stakeholders across partners
- Supporting the development (where appropriate), monitoring, implementation and evaluation of communications plans for Digitising Care and other digital programmes
- Developing and delivering regular updates for stakeholders (including but not limited to current staff, providers, place-based partnerships) to keep them informed and to promote the digital team’s reputation
- Liaising with the communications team to access the appropriate channels and ensuring the production of high-quality supporting materials
- Proactively identifying opportunities for promotion on the organisation’s and partners’ channels, supporting the communications team to develop news stories, case studies and other quality content
- Identifying potential reputational/developmental risks and issues and working with digital leadership and the organisation’s media team to ensure appropriate mitigation is in place
- Supporting the delivery of the programme communications and engagement strategy in partnership with the communications lead to ensure communication is embedded across the organisation
- Developing and maintaining a high level of communication skills which can be adapted to communicate with a range of local, regional, and national stakeholders, modifying the delivery style and content to a range of audiences
- Facilitating workshops, focus groups and other formal and informal discussions with key stakeholders to inform the content of the strategy document and implementation approach
