You will be working within Learning and Development and join the NCA Preceptorship Team.

The role will include supporting Newly Qualified Practitioners and International Nurses as they transition into their new roles. You will be supported by colleagues within the team and have a robust induction plan.
- The post holder will be responsible for sustaining effective and supportive relationships across the organisation. Maintain channels of communication to ensure that the services provided meet operational needs and support the strategic plans of the NCA.
- The post holder will act as a resource for the NCA on preceptorship.
- Facilitating the recruitment and retention of newly qualified healthcare professionals and supporting the preceptorship agenda
- .Supporting International nurses and Newly Qualified professionals in their transition into the organisation.
- Assist the wider Clinical Workforce Transformation Team in the development and maintenance of links with Education Providers to support the recruitment and retention agenda and facilitate the upskilling of staff.
