**Description**

I am recruiting an 18-month contract for a Regulatory Affairs & Compliance Manager with a utilities business in Yorkshire (hybrid working). You will:

- Managing the PR24 Assurance and Compliance workstream in the PR24 Programme ensuring assurance of all information provided as part of the business plan.
- Defining the appropriate assurance framework for the PR24 regulatory submissions, including the PR24 business plan for Ofwat, the draft and Final Water Resource Management Plans, the Drinking Water Inspectorate Plans and Water Industry National EnvironmentProgramme.
- Identifying the risks relating to reporting regulatory information for the Price Review, including accuracy, accessibility and alignment with all other regulatory reporting (including Annual Performance Reporting and environmental regulatory submissions).
- Preparing the necessary Board Assurance Statements, demonstrating the Board confidence and ownership of regulatory price review submissions.

**Profile**

You will have:

- Experience in regulation, compliance, audit or assurance
- Experience of defining, implement and delivering against appropriate assurance strategies
- external contacts from Regulators, Stakeholders, Customers and from the Executive Board to all levels in the company
- Ability to develop and maintain effective external stakeholder and peer group relationships to protect company reputation and influence nationally
- Experience of risk assessment, analysis and monitoring
- Experience of procuring and managing contracts with external audit providers
- Stakeholder management skills, with ability to manage internal and
- Organisational skills
- Presentation and report writing skills
- Ability to form and work collaboratively with virtual teams of experts and stakeholders, and within a matrix programme management environment.

**Job Offer**

£55,000 - £67,000 PA DOE plus benefits

18 month fixed term contract
