Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Heating Administrator to join our team, based in Exeter, South West. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a salary of £21,840 per annum Plus Excellent Benefits

**Responsibilities for the Heating Administrator role are**:
Providing administrative support to our Heating & Compliance Operational teams

Control and monitor the daily work activity on the IT system

Allocate and deliver services to agreed business priorities

Monitor incoming work raised by the service centre

Update IT system to allow statistical data to be collated and reported

Liaise with operatives to ensure work is completed within specified timeframes

Planning and scheduling of work to be completed

Working on various planned works programmes

Working towards targets with the operational team

Record accurate detail with relevant systems

Capture regular updates and communicate with colleagues

Maintain accurate records on allocated projects

Photocopying and general admin duties

**What we are looking for in our ideal heating Administrator**:
Strong administrative & IT skills required. Planning and scheduling experience is an advantage Ability to operate a computerised database system/s is beneficial. Good working knowledge on how to use MS Excel spreadsheets essential. Experience in working with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access). Ability to work to deadlines and strong communication skills. Experience gained within a social housing environment is beneficial.
