Receptionist - no Dbs

We are currently seeking a friendly and welcoming Receptionist to join our team on a temporary basis at our office located at 18 Grosvenor Gardens, London, SW1W 0DH, United Kingdom.

**About the role**:
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, both in person and over the phone. Your main responsibilities will include answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, managing deliveries, and providing general administrative support to the team.

**Key responsibilities**:
Some of the key responsibilities of the Receptionist role include:

- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Greeting visitors and ensuring they are signed in and directed to the appropriate person or department
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Providing general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong customer service skills. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but not essential.

**Temporary position**:
This Receptionist position is temporary and will start on 30/04/2024, with an end date of 03/05/2024. The working hours will be from 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday, and the pay rate is £11.44 per hour.
