Civil Supervisor

GCU (UK) Ltd is currently looking for a Civils Supervisor to join our team. As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring civil infrastructure projects, overseeing specific activities such as all works that would be required to build a fibre network. You will be involved in a mix of office work and on-site work, managing civils gangs and ensuring that all aspects of the construction work are controlled and managed efficiently.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

- Controlling all aspects of the construction works
- Keeping the project adequately resourced with plant and materials
- Monitoring and controlling all aspects of H&S & Quality by carrying out random audits
- Controlling and managing in-house/sub-contractors
- Keeping accurate records of production by marking up drawings
- Providing reports on all non-completed and completed works, etc.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience, NRSWA accreditation/CSCS Supervisors card, and good experience in organising/managing people. You must also adhere to company KPIs in a timely manner.

- NRSWA Supervisor Card (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
