We have an exciting opportunity for a vibrant and fun-loving person to join our Care Team at Cross Park in Brixham as Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, you would work 15 hours a week.

You would preferably be experienced in providing activities to elderly people with dementia.

Your principle responsibility will be to provide interesting and meaningful activities to our Care Home Residents on a befriender and facilitator basis. You would also be expected to establish links within the community - schools, churches, memory cafes, etc. We are very proud to be a supporter of the Care Worker Charity, and it would be your role to champion the charity within the homes.

**Pay rate**: £11.73 - £12.00 per hour

We look for people who behave in a positive manner at all times, putting the best interests of the residents in their care at the heart of all that they do.
