The role will require the successful applicant to:

- Provide support, advice, and design services to both customers and YESSS Branches/Staff
- Support YESSS Branches as their installers undertaking works in the Security sector.
- Provide support to the external YESSS Security Specialists by responding to enquiries whilst they are out the office.
- Work towards yet to be defined KPI in line with the job role.
- Attend, either in person or remotely, a monthly department sales meeting.
- Continue professional development by attending Manufacturer training courses either in person or online.
- Maximise sales through outbound calling and chasing quotes.
- Deal with Level 1 Technical Support Enquiries
- Liaise closely with suppliers and manufacturers for delivery and product information.
- Have the ability to pro-actively manage a varied and demanding workload.
- Have excellent customer service skills with the ability to cope well under pressure.
- Show previous sales and industry experience. This is not essential as full training will be provided.

**Coverage Areas**

The role will require any prospective employee to provide sales support to our 97 YESSS Branches throughout the UK and will be based out of our Head office in Normanton.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Be within a commutable distance of Yesss Electricals Head office in Normanton.
- Be able to manage their own workload and calendar planning.
- Have a proven track record in customer care and/or account management.
- To have a proactive and “can do” attitude.
- To work well individually as well as part of a team.
- To be competent with CRM management tools and Microsoft office suite.

**Desirable Experience Required**
- Previous experience within the electrical/Security wholesale industry.
- An interest in the Security sector.
