Administrator with Sage Experience

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator for a busy production company based in Brighouse HD.6
This is initially a temporary role, but could be a permanent role for the right person.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Purchasing (responsible - deciding what to order when, obtaining quotes, placing orders)
- Forwarding Purchase Invoices
- Advise on Foreign Suppler Payments
- Goods In (responsible - check, put away, accept delivery on Sage)
- Goods Out (responsible - pick, despatch on Sage, shipping)
- Stock Control (responsible - checks, organisation, adjustments)
- Import & Export Shipping (logistics, commercial invoices etc)
- Import & Export Administration (record keeping, PVA etc)
- Sales Order Processing
- Sales Invoicing & Accounts
- Advise on overdue customer balances.
- Sales Reporting - weekly & monthly
- eBay
- Production scheduling
- Service job co-ordination
- Returned goods co-ordination (customers and suppliers)
Hours:
- 3 days a week 8 hours each day.
**Salary**: - £10.75 hourly rate
