A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Line Leader to work in our facility in Severn Beach. The main purpose of this role is to run automated and semi automated production lines.

**The main responsibilities of this role are**:

- Ensuring food safety standards, product quality and hygiene Good Manufacturing Practice
- Ensuring compliance with the Company’s Data Protection Policy at all times
- Operating clean as you go policy at all times
- Complying with all trained procedures
- Performing visual quality inspections and reporting issues to Shift Manager/QA's
- Completing all relevant Production documentation for traceability purposes
- Performing changeovers and setting up lines for different formats in line with Technical procedures
- Liaising with other departments to improve efficiency on the line (Stock Control, Planning)
- Managing the line and operators in the most efficient way to achieve maximum output and yield
- Monitoring and reporting operators performance
- Assisting with customers and Technical audits
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and liaising with Shift Managers
- Managing provided ERP systems for material consumption, output, return and labelling
- Covering Line Leaders role to for holiday/sickness
- Performing other tasks associated with the job role
- Have the knowledge and ability to lead and oversee all lines production

- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills.
- Be able to lead by example.

The hours for this role are 40 hours per week Monday - Friday on rotating shifts of 5.30am-2pm and 1.30pm-10pm.
