Hever Castle & Gardens are recruiting for a Visitor Services Assistant in our Information Centre, our visitors first stop for enquiries and upgrades to annual memberships. We are the childhood home of Anne Boleyn, offering an unforgettable experience to all visitors - whether an history expert, a family at play or garden enthusiast. With regular events running throughout the operational year, we pride ourselves on our exciting public events programming and the role we all play in creating long lasting memories for our visitors.

Roles at Hever Castle & Gardens are seasonal, with this year’s contract ending January 1st 2024. Our working hours vary depending on the time of year and the event we are hosting. You could be asked to start work as early as 09:00 or finish at 21:00. We operate seven days a week, including weekends, public and school holidays, therefore we will need flexibility from you. We are currently looking for three days per week, on a two week rolling rota (week one - Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday; week two, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

Hourly pay rate from April 2023, age 23 and over is £11.42 increasing to £11.67 on completion of successful probation. (Under 23’s start at £11.18 increasing to £11.43).
