**Job Types**: Full-time, temporary to permanent.

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour.

Working Hours - Between 8:00am - 8:00pm, Monday - Sunday, average 40 hours per week.

Duties/Responsibilities will include but not limited to

Taking inbound calls and accurately recording information.
Liaising with vehicle breakdown specialists, detailing the issues that have arisen and ensuring a high level of
customer service is delivered throughout the process
Using an in-house IT system to log calls, and all the relevant details
Being able to work quickly, efficiently and be capable of multi-tasking
Reporting to your Team Leader, and liaising with colleagues at all times.

Essential Skills Required
- Must be flexible to work weekends.
Ability to work under pressure.
Attention to detail.
Adaptability.
Professional phone etiquette.
