The Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team for Older People has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic mental health practitioner to join us in Beechcroft at Fulbourn Hospital site.
The team offers intensive support and treatment at home, and in care homes, for older people with mental health problems, including the behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia and we support people who live in the Cambridge Area.
**New hire bonus of £1500 offered (£500 paid in first month£1000 paid after 12 months).
