**Service**
- Profiling of Guests
- Confirms bookings prior arrival
- Greeting and checking guests in
- Taking Guests to their table
- Communicates with Floor Supervisor or Manager, Kitchen and reception team
- Deals with special guest requests
- Answers phone and takes booking enquiries
- Explains policies to the guests
- Explains to the guests how to get to the restaurant
- Responsible for team and new starter training
- Highlighting regular guests in briefing and informs Management and Chefs

**Policy and Procedure Knowledge**
- Booking Policy
- Complimentary and Special Requests
- Guest Codes
- Complaint Handling
- No Show Policy
- Confirmation Policy
- Open Table and SevenRooms System Knowledge
- Takeaway system knowledge (Orchestra, Deliveroo) and organisation

**Cleanliness and Shift organisation**
- Checks floor plan before each shift
- Responsible for cleanliness of Reception Area
- Cleans and sanitize menus after each use
- Ensures own personal hygiene, uniform and appearance is well maintained at all time
- Ensure all equipment and areas are cleaned and maintained as per weekly/daily check lists (e.g. inventory and toilet checks)
