We are looking for an adaptable, team-oriented person to be our Credit Controller working within the Accounts & Business Support team. You will be communicating with people in close to 200 countries.

Role scope
- In this Credit Control administration position, you will be responsible for:_
- Ensuring all invoices are submitted to accounts receivable departments
- Logging into accounts payment gateways - SAP ARIBA, etc. - to track purchase orders and upload invoices for purchase orders
- Working with our bookkeeper to ensure that invoices are accurate in our accounts

Key responsibilities
- General responsibilities_
- Customer invoicing
- Controlling credit and chasing debt
- Credit control and statements
- Ensuring that correct payments are allocated to the correct invoices
- Processing all supplier invoices
- General administrative tasks
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
- Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits
- Ensuring all payments are paid into our bank accounts

What we’re looking for
- Qualifications and experience_
- Essential:_
- Minimum of 2 years in a credit control or accounts administration role
- Desired:_
- Accountancy qualifications advantageous
- Familiarity with accounts packages - Xero preferred
- Previous experience in using CRM's
- Personal characteristics_
- Good numeracy skills
- Good language skills - e.g. ability to follow written instructions
- Good communication skills - e.g. ability to listen to and carry out verbal instructions accurately
- Willingness to learn
- Good work ethic
- Excellent organisation skills
