**Property Accountant - CIMA, ACCA, ACA Part Qualified - Qualified / Manchester Centre / Permanent Role / Salary £42,000 - £48,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Study If Needed / Career Development.**

NC Associates are working with a market leading property organisation based in central Manchester to assist in recruiting a Property Accountant who can support the Financial Controller and senior management team in delivering timely management accounts aswell as working on various projects.

**Duties**
- Month end management accounts information for a property portfolio
- Month End Balance Sheet Reconciliation'sdebtors, creditors etc
- VAT Reconciliation
- Year End Accounts support
- Performance Analysis
- KPI Reporting including detailed investigation in to variances
- Ad-hoc director support as role will be highly visible to group directors
- CIMA, ACCA, ACA Part Qualified - Qualified Accountant
- Over 5 years Experience Producing Management Accounts
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong Excel Skills
- Commercial Awareness
