Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. You will play a crucial role in their development by implementing age-appropriate activities and fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive lessons based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes positive behavior and encourages children's independence
- Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's learning journey
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development, including observations, assessments, and individual learning plans
- Support children with personal care needs, including feeding, toileting, and dressing
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to promote effective teamwork and holistic support for children

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and its implementation
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early years education
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children

We offer competitive pay rates based on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position with regular working hours. 35 Hours a week on a rota basis between the hours of 7:30-6:00pm Monday - Friday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.65-£11.80 per hour
