Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday (Nightshift)
Hours: 39 per week between 11pm and 8.30am

**Salary**: £25,000 + night shift supplement
First Aid and Fire Marshall training will be provided.

As a Chargehand, you’ll join a large team and be the force behind getting our customers the products they want, vetting stock and ensuring it reaches our customers in top condition. The work you do quite literally controls the accessibility of our technology.
**As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for**:

- Managing and supporting small team of night warehouse operatives
- Ensuring required levels of performance from the team members are achieved whilst liaising with management over remedial action when required.
- Unloading & loading trailers with white goods items (large home appliances).
- Carrying out checks on received stock using in-house guide and processes.
- Allocating and moving stock in preparation for loading on the delivery vehicles.

This role puts you behind the scenes of the operation. But the bigger picture means you’ll be putting our products in the reach of tech lovers (and those just discovering tech).
**You will need**:

- Previous experience managing a shift within a warehouse is essential.
- Excellent team skills and communication
- To adhere to strict health and safety policies for the safety of you and your colleagues
- A vaild UK/EU driving licence
