**The Role**

**This post is 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (full time) on a shift basis. Hours may be variable to suit the needs of the job and include a split shift, AM and PM working pattern.**

**We're looking for you if you have**:

- Experience of caretaking and/or buildings maintenance and security;
- The ability to manage your own time effectively and demonstrate a flexible, proactive approach;
- Experience of Health & Safety procedures and codes of practice;
- The ability to carry out first line repairs and maintenance;
- Experience of leading a team.
