We are seeking enthusiastic and creative individuals to join our team as After School Club Assistants to help deliver our coding, animation, and robotics clubs at primary schools.
No prior experience with coding or animation is required as full training will be provided.
This role would suit anyone looking to strengthen their CV by gaining experience working with children, retired teachers, teaching assistants or students working towards early years care qualifications.

This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and engage children in the fields of technology and creativity while fostering their skills and passion in a fun and supportive environment.
Initially, we are looking for people who can work in the Barnt Green and Alcester areas. Our after school clubs last for roughly 1 hr but you will be paid for 1 ½ hrs.
club times:
Monday and Friday: 3.15 - 4.15
Tuesday and Wednesday: 3.30 - 4.30
We will also be running more after school clubs plus holiday clubs and breakfast clubs, so there will be potential to increase the hours worked.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the lead instructor in delivering engaging and interactive activities.
- Provide guidance and assistance to students as they explore various coding and robotics projects.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all participants.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for working with children and fostering their interest in technology and creativity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Own transport is preferred.
