Flights Consultant

**Flights Consultant responsibilities**:

- Arranging complex travel requirements domestically and internationally for individual and group travel requests
- Constructing fares and flight tickets for individuals and groups via the GDS (ideally Galileo)
- Providing travel solutions and recommendations for flights, accommodation and rail
- Acting as a primary contact for suppliers and business and team travel clients, ensuring they receive excellent customer service
- Occasional travel to work away at events/tours

**Flights Consultant skills required**:

- GDS trained - ideally Galileo but other GDS may be considered
- Previous travel experience possibly in groups or sports travel
- Attention to detail and high customer service levels
- Willingness to attend airport departures to see clients off smoothly
