Multi Trader

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-trader to join our team. As a multi-trader, you will be responsible for executing multiple trade tasks on a daily basis. This will include but is not limited to:

- Plumbing, Electrical, general maintenance tasks, and site work. This is a challenging and dynamic role that requires strong organisation, teamwork skills, and the ability to make quick and independent decisions.

**Duties**:
**General Maintenance and Repairs**:

- Perform a wide range of construction tasks across different trades, such as:

- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Electrical work
- Plastering
- Tiling
- Painting and decorating
- Flooring installation

- Use your skills and knowledge to complete assigned tasks efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
- Be flexible and willing to switch between different trades as needed.

- **Problem-Solving**:

- Diagnose issues and find effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot problems related to various systems (e.g., electrical, plumbing).

- **Health and Safety**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Coordinate with other team members and contractors.
- Provide clear updates on progress and any challenges faced.

**Salary**: £153.24-£163.24 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
