Here at TAC Healthcare, we are expanding our teams and we have a requirement for a Mobile Healthcare Support Worker to join our endoscopy team. You will help deliver Endoscopy services for our mobile sites to the highest standards, using a model of care that recognises the psychological, physical and social needs of our patients.

This is a ‘mobile’ role on a ‘mobile contract’, working in the UK’s first all-inclusive, expandable, mobile endoscopy suite. This means that although you will initially be based at one mobile endoscopy suite, you may well be required to travel to our other mobile sites in the future.

We do provide a company car or a car allowance, plus if you do have to travel to work in another unit we pay for accommodation and provide a food allowance. A full driving license is essential for the role.

**What you’ll do**:

- Welcoming patients to the clinic in a professional manner and acting as patient advocate at all times to ensure both privacy and dignity
- Cleaning, monitoring and tidying equipment as directed and report any problems or malfunctions to senior member of staff
- Record, feedback and convey relevant patient information/observations to the seniors.
- Delivers patient care in accordance with the care plan as documented by the Senior Nurse.
- Maintain effective communications with patients, relatives and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrates positive attitude, acting as an advocate for TAC Healthcare Group and deliver highest standard of care accordingly.
