**Global Asset & Artwork Process Lead (Global Hygiene Power Brands)**
**Kingston upon Hull, East Yorkshire**

As Global Asset & artwork Process Lead you will support the Hygiene team in the creation of artwork & assets from master design through to commercially reproducible artwork. You will interface with internal teams such as Marketing, Design, and supply chain to ensure we deliver commercially viable content.
**You’ll be responsible for**
- Liaising with Global Brand Managers across Hygiene Power Brands (Vanish, Air Wick, Finish etc)
- Assigning Master Artwork budget for your designated Power Brand
- Forecasting and planning all budget related tasks for each project
- Design Planning/Project Management from concept stage of Master Artwork through to Artwork Agency
- Communicating Globally with colleagues at all levels
- Managing and maintaining a strong relationship both with in house colleagues and also agency partners
- Supporting and educating new marketeers locally
**You’ll succeed because**
- You have experience of working within an Artwork Agency or FMCG Process Design environment
- You have strong project management skills and experience
- You have a strong ability to interact with the wider team with good influencing skills
- You are creative, proactive and a problem solver.
- You’re able to communicate effectively with colleagues from different fields and across different time zones (Globally)
- You have strong organisational skills and are able to prioritise tasks according to projects needs.
- You are independently minded, with a healthy curiosity and will actively seek out additional information when you need it.
- You have the proven ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary project team, with good partnership skills.
- You have experience of coaching or mentoring a team or individuals
