OUR INDEPENDENT/SUPPORTED LIVING TEAM is expanding to meet the needs of our client who is transitioning into independent living.
Providing support to Adults with Autism, Learning disabilities and other complex needs.
We have Flexible shifts and shift patterns to suit you
Full or Part time contracted hours - all block hours. Experience desired but not essential as we offer full training.
As a Support Worker, you will need;
*Diploma Level 3 in health & social care/or willingness to work towards this and relevant experience working within health & social care sector.
