We now have an exciting opportunity for an **International Accounts Supervisor** to join our International Supplier Accounting team at our Support Centre in Swindon.

**What you will be doing**

Managing a small team of accounts payable clerks who cover the following areas;
Processing of invoices
Matching stock invoices to goods receipts, if not auto-matched by the system
Obtaining approval for non-stock invoices and coding them to the correct area of the business
Creating weekly and monthly reports detailing workload, unapproved invoices and invoice matching rates
Raising Intercompany invoices
Making international payments in multiple currencies
Liaising with new suppliers to ensure they have correct contact details
Assisting with the financial set up of new stores

**What we are looking for**
Previous experience in a similar role with an understanding of nominals and cost centres
Previous team management experience
High attention to detail with strong organising and prioritising skills
Numerate and analytical with a proficiency in MS Excel (Incl V-Lookups)
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
High desire to succeed and take pride in own work
Unafraid to seek the right person and ask for help
