Finance Analyst

Are you an **Aspiring finance professional with experience in Management accounts/ Finance Analytics**looking to grow and progress?

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual looking to really **progress** in finance based in **Northampton** in an established business - renowned for promoting within and developing their talent.

**THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Support the monthly flash result process for the central support functions and Group result through month end from preparing the flash schedules to delivering the final result.

Manage the monthly balance sheet reconciliations for accruals and prepayments.

Support the production of the monthly management pack to senior leaders with any supporting commentary for the month and YTD.

Support the delivery of the fixed budget and three forecasting cycles for the support centre.

Build, own and maintain key reports in our new finance consolidation tool.

Provide ad hoc support and analysis around headcount and payroll for both BAU and project-based initiatives in order to add value to key decision-making for senior leaders.

Provide support during annual audit cycles.

Challenge current processes and recommend improvements to all aspects of reporting and analysis.

**THE CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE**:

- Currently studying towards ACCA/CIMA
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Some Experience in month end responsibilities, management accounts and Analysis.
