**The Job**:
It is truly exciting times here at the Richmond Park and we are seeking a Sales, Events and Markteing Supervisor to assist our senior management team to achieve the future potential, evolve the business and achieve our vision.
This will be a key management role within the hotel, reporting direct to the General Manager.
**Job Specific Accountabilities**:
To develop and deliver a Sales and Marketiong strategy for the business alongside the General Manager.
To achieve events revenue targets and profitability.
To engage across various social media platforms.
To promote and drive venue revenue.
Able to perform Hotel duty management shifts on a rota basis.
To ensure customer satisfaction from enquiry to event.
Assist in creating a customer responsive culture within the team and hotel.
