Caretaker required on a rolling basis,

4 hours per Day Monday to Friday

06:00-09:00 morning

17:30-18:30 evening

Tasks will include, cleaning, opening of the premises, closing of the premises, fire alarm checks, emergency light checks, taking Meter readings, litter picking, minor gardening, plus other general maintenance work.

Paid hourly at £12.50

must have enhanced DBS

punctuality and hard working attitude is essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)
