Are you passionate about transforming raw materials into timeless works of art? Do you possess a keen eye for detail and precision in design? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our remarkable stonemason team as a Draftsman, specialising in crafting exquisite stone staircases and other architectural stone work.

As a Draftsman/woman, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients’ visions to life. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Design and Drafting: Collaborate closely with clients and our stonemasons to create detailed drawings and plans for stone staircases. Your ability to translate ideas into precise, architecturally sound designs is crucial to our success.

2. Material Selection: Assist in selecting the finest stones, considering aesthetics, durability, and functionality, to ensure the end product meets our high standards and client expectations.

3. Project Coordination: Work alongside our stonemason team to coordinate the fabrication and installation of stone staircases. You’ll be the bridge between design and execution, ensuring that every step is crafted with care and precision.

4. Quality Assurance: Maintain a vigilant eye for quality throughout the project, conducting regular inspections to ensure the final product aligns with the initial designs and meets our exacting standards.

5. Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging techniques to enhance our craftsmanship, offering clients the latest and most innovative design possibilities.

Key Skills and Experience:

- Experience in **Construction Drawings, in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field**
- Strong understanding of design principles and ability to translate concepts into tangible products
- Experience with architectural design software 2D/3D, very good level of Sketchup required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams / high level of spoken and written English
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: £25,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
