Reablement Worker

We are looking for several experienced care and support workers to join the Community Reablement Team in Sunderland.

The Community Reablement Service assists people living in their own home to regain skills and confidence that may have been lost due to an illness or physical disability following a period in hospital or a decline in their health. The Reablement Service will assist for a time limited period and set goals to promote independence and wellbeing.

You will be required to work on an ‘as and when needed’ basis, and as such the service is extremely flexible and will offer shifts based around your availability, making this ideal for those with other/family commitments. Examples of this flexibility are weekend only shifts, day time only or evening only.

You will be required to work independently and you must be a driver with access to a vehicle for work purposes.

Working with Blu tech you will receive weekly pay, will accrue paid annual leave hours, be provided access to free update training where appropriate, with certificates provided, and be given a named consultant as your main point of contact.
