**Senior Support Worker**

**Salary**:£29,777 - £30,296 pro rata**

**Hours: 26 hours per week**

**Location: Allerdale House, Workington**

**Contract: Permanent**
- The advertised salary includes a supplement (JWC) to the base grade of the post. JWC supplements are conditional on the physical demands and /or working conditions of the role._

**About this opportunity**

As a Senior Support Officer, you will work closely with the Supervisor to assist in the operation and improvement of the service, assist in the development of care programmes, plans and activities to support the physical, emotional, and social needs of individuals. The role involves working some weekends and some additional overnight work.

**Who are we looking for?**

You will receive a full induction, ongoing training, and continuous professional development alongside regular support, one to one supervision and appraisal.

**This role requires an enhanced DBS check with an Adults Barred List check. Please note this role involves working in regulated activity with adults.**
