Night Concierge

**The Role - Night Concierge**

Pinnacle Group are looking for an experience and enthusiastic Night Concierge to be part of a team delivering outstanding customer service to a highend, prviate residential housing estate in the Brentford area. To be responsible for providing a welcoming,safe and well-maintained environment. The most important attribute to this job is excellent customer service, hard work and dedication, and the desire to make a difference in what can be a challenging and rewarding environment.

This is a night position where the suitable applicant will be doing 7pm to 7am, 4 nights on, 4 nights off.

**Duties/Key Responsibilities**
- Welcoming clients and residents
- Acting as the point of reference for visitors, Contractors and others who need assistance or information
- Application of Pinnacle Values
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Procedures, lone working
- Facilitate Contractors’ visits
- Parcel, Key and Laundry Services
- Issue communications to all residents, draft logs and breach update trackers
- Maintain inventory and stock of supplies for concierge desk
- Conduct regular patrols and site inspections
- Any other duties outlined by your Line Manager

- Experience of working with the public is essential, ideally in a service related, customer facing capacity
- Must hold a valid SIA Licence
