**General Repairs**:

- Perform a variety of general repairs and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties.
- Address issues related to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- **Carpentry**:

- Install, repair, and replace doors, windows, cabinets, and other wooden fixtures.
- Construct or assemble various structures and furniture as needed.
- **Plumbing**:

- Fix leaks, repair or replace faucets, unclog drains, and address plumbing-related issues.
- Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems.
- **Electrical**:

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical problems, including outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
- Install or replace electrical components as required.
- **Painting and Drywall**:

- Repair or replace damaged drywall and perform plasterwork.
- **Flooring**:

- Install, repair, or replace various types of flooring, including tiles, hardwood, and laminate.
- Conduct maintenance and refinishing as needed.
- **Appliance Repairs**:

- Diagnose and repair issues with household appliances.
- Install new appliances and ensure proper functioning.
- **HVAC Maintenance**:

- Conduct basic maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Replace filters and troubleshoot common HVAC issues.
- **Outdoor Maintenance**:

- Perform yard and garden maintenance tasks.
- Repair or install outdoor fixtures such as fences, gates, and decks.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and building codes.
- Obtain necessary permits for specific projects when required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Handyman.
- Proficient in a variety of trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
- Knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance and repair work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Valid driver's license.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Trade certifications in specific areas (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, electrical).
- Experience with a wide range of hand and power tools.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

Pay: £10.42-£13.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
