**Junior Export Operations Clerk**

Are you a motivated individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn? My client are currently seeking a Junior Export Operations Clerk to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in the field of Freight Forwarding.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the coordination of export shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.
- Track and monitor shipment progress, providing updates to stakeholders as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, documentation, and related information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective coordination and resolution of any issues that may arise during the export process.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on export regulations, procedures, and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience required; we are looking for individuals with a strong willingness to learn and develop their skills in freight operations.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Must be based within a commutable distance of Heywood, Greater Manchester.

**Remuneration**
- Salary - £20,000 - £24,000 (Dependant on experience)
- Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
- 28 days holiday, including bank.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
