**The Role**

The 2- year HR Programme will take you on a journey alongside the HR Team at Mitsubishi Power; including showcasing what we do and everything we have to offer.

You’ll support in the efficient day to day service provided to the business by the HR Team throughout EMEA, including 13 locations (UK, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Romania, Turkey, Egypt, Tunisia, Poland, Nigeria, Germany and Morocco).

The HR Graduate will be involved in all aspects of with our HR Team, including Administration, Payroll support, Employee Relations, Recruitment and Onboarding support, as well as coordinating employee training and development programs. In addition, the Graduate will support with any HR-related projects, and policy development.

**Our Ideal Graduate**:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field
- Genuine commitment to pursue a career in HR
- Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
- Demonstration of drive, tenacity and eagerness to succeed
- Ability and willingness to work from our London Head Office, and travel to other office locations
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
