Finance Analyst

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Finance Analyst to join an exciting Hospitality company with a fantastic reputation based in Warminster. For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:
**£35,000 - £40,000 plus study support for CIMA/ACCA and hybrid working**

**Role responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Provide timely, relevant, and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan
- Lead regular meetings with department heads
- Investigate operational and financial results and make recommendations for improvements
- Conduct Business Case reviews for high expenditure proposals and make acceptance recommendations to management
- Improve financial status by analysing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management
- Create forecasts of future business conditions using multiple scenarios (up to 5 years ahead)

**Person specification**:

- AAT qualified or currently studying CIMA/ACCA
- Advanced knowledge of quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel
- Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills and be comfortable interacting with executive-level management
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Excellent analytical, organisational and project management skills
- Independently manage multiple tasks, projects, and ability to prioritise
- Ideally experience using Power BI
