Cloud Platform Lead - Fully Remote

An International Opensource Consultancy known their continuous Integration platform allowing companies to build, deploy, test and release on demand via their cost-effective platform are seeking a fully remote working Cloud Platform Lead to join their internationalNetworking team spanning over UK, Prague, Poland & Portugal with offices in Dublin, Romania & Ukraine responsible for delivering Enterprise Cloud designs to their clients Enterprise Cloud Estate

Responsibility
- Accountability for the production environment and operations teams along with reporting and audit of the platform
- Defining, leading and communicating the strategy and vision for the platform team to foster a culture of innovation focused on achieving key business and IT goal
- Lead governance and tracking of strategic activity, communicating the platform roadmap and backlog with key stakeholders and leadership
- Complete multi-annual plans to deliver strategic activities and ensure alignment with broader enterprise goals including digital transformation, innovation, automation, rapid delivery and cloud enablement
- Establish good working relationship with the business units and IT teams including Engineering and Architecture
- Responsibility to Design and Deliver Key technical capabilities to enhance the Platform from concept to delivery to ongoing implementation/support
- Manage an advanced AWS environment to support architecture and development, supporting the live Platform including incident management and balancing delivery and continuous improvement of the Platform
- Lead, manage and mentor the platform team to design, deliver, measure and improve business outcomes using an agile approach
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge, providing critical input to other capability and platform teams as needed to ensure alignment with broader enterprise architecture and strategic objectives enhancing cross-business activity and planning capabilities
- Implement information security requirements in accordance with policies and standards, incorporating security requirements into deliveries and operations
- Manage platform partner and vendor relationships, including both professional services and licensing

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10+ Years' experience in IT Management and 3+ Years' experience in managing a cloud platform team with AWS Certification
- Proven understanding of AWS and automation concepts, practices, and procedures with a deep understanding of Engineering - DevOps / CI/CD and delivering Integration solutions
- Collaborative and team-oriented work approach, able to easily motivate and inspire team members, peers, stakeholders and executives
