Tax - Private Client Director

**Day to day duties** Day to day duties**
- Provide overview and support across the NW personal tax teams including reviewing work undertaken of a private client (“PC”) nature
- Driving and promoting the PC specialist tax advisory offering in Manchester and the NW
- Potential National involvement with the wider PC teams and promoting Azets’ services through channels such as Insights, website and webinar communications
- Support the Tax Partners closely to deliver tax advisory services
- Build strong connections with the wider senior team throughout the NW and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Establish strong working relationships with your own portfolio of clients through assignments and regular contact, including attending client meetings
- Monitor utilisation, productivity and WIP in terms of your own performance and also relevant PC team members
- Identify PC tax opportunities and have a strong awareness level of all wider tax issues
- Confident providing guidance, leadership and feedback to others in the team
- Continue and build upon your strong connections with intermediaries and contacts, particularly in the PC field
**What are we looking for?**
- CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA/STEP (or equivalent) qualified
- Our clients come from all industries, so exposure to multiple sectors would be a distinct advantage
- Previous Personal/Private Client/Mixed Tax experience in a similar role within a practice environment is essential
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to carry out research into complex areas of tax legislation
- Ability to seek new business opportunities
