Audio Typist

Our Public Sector client based in Huntingdon is seeking a new opportunity as a Audio Typist at the courts to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. The rate of pay is £9.06 an hour. Holiday entitlement and pension scheme available.
The role will be 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
The role will include, but will not be restricted to;
Audio typing with minimum typing speed of 60 WPM
Typing Judicial decisions in a prescribed format.
Interaction with public and judiciary
Internal calls between Cambridge, Huntingdon and Watford Office.
Greeting and signing in customers
Assisting the Judiciary to facilitate court hearings and ensuring the smooth running of the court on a day to day basis.
This job involves face to face contact with members of the public who are sometimes anxious, distressed or troubled during their court visits.
Experience in audio typing, good customer service and communication skills are vital with some basic experience in administration. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is advantageous.
A typing test will take place before any interview testing for speed and accuracy.
You will need to be able to provide your Right to Work, 2 proof of address and proof of National Insurance in order to go forward for this role.
