We’re teaming up with a top civil engineering contractor to find a Site Agent based in Cumbernauld. Our client is known for their commitment to staff development and expertise in rail and civil engineering projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently organise the onsite workforce.
- Optimise resource usage on site.
- Deliver contracts safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Maintain high standards of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ).
- Keep accurate site records.
- Ensure work aligns with safety procedures.
- Build positive relationships on and off the site.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum HNC qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in civil contracting.
- Previous experience as a Site Agent in rail and civil infrastructure projects is essential.
- Rail experience is a must.
- SMSTS certification.
