The Role

Our client is looking to recruit a Marketing Co-ordinator to join their already busy team. This opportunity is part of a growth to the existing Marketing Division.

The purpose of the role will be to provide administrative support to all Marketing team members.

Duties and responsibilities
- Using the CRM system, MS Dynamics to ensure all information is kept as up-to-date as possible
- General administrative support to the Marketing team
- Contribution to sales and marketing campaigns
- Supporting distribution and creation of marketing reports
- The ability to spot trends of analysing reports
- Contacting customers to gather information as required
- Passionate about engaging with social media campaigns to engage the right people.
- You will have excellent communication and IT skills
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics and Power BI would be advantageous, MS Excel would be essential
- Professional approach to work, a team player with the ability to work at a very fast pace
- Strong customer service skills
- The ability to build strong business relationships
- Works well under pressure and is able to deliver quality to deadline.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritises accordingly.
