**Role Objective**:
To ensure delegates meet the occupational standards required to meet their qualification.

**Key Areas of Responsibility**:

- Liaise with Site Managers and Clients
- Participate in the planning and implementation of schemes of assessment
- Work closely with the Plant Training Team, Management NVQ team and Apprenticeship team

**The Person**:
Proven occupational experience within operating plant machines and/or lifting duties.

Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (CAVA) or A1 or D32/33

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the UK
- Excellent people skills and customer-focused
- Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative.
- Good communication skills

**Hours**:
8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

**Salary**:
£35,000 to £40,000 + Company car or allowance
