Butler Ross have a brilliant opportunity for a Buyer to join the procurement and supply chain team within a growing manufacturing business based in Hope, Derbyshire. The role is offered on a permanent basis and is paying up to £35,000 dependent on experience.

Role responsibilities of the Buyer:

- Day to day running of procurement operations
- Managing selected key suppliers’ performance and building on supplier relationships
- Develop and implement supplier KPIs
- Running and overseeing tender processes
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders

Personal specification of the Buyer:

- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- MRP/ERP systems experience
- Strong commercial acumen and decision-making ability
- Able to build effective internal and external working relationships
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office

The position will be suited to you if you have held a role within a purchasing or procurement team as a: Buyer, Senior Buyer, Category Buyer, Procurement Coordinator, Purchasing Coordinator, Procurement Specialist, Purchasing Specialist, or similar.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
