**Job Purpose**
- Review existing processes, scoping new workflow systems, and implementing changes to improve efficiencies across the firm.
- Lead strategic IT for the firm, including implementing software solutions.
- Manage a significant client portfolio, building trusted relationships.
- Assess the commercial opportunity of establishing an in-house audit function.
- Oversee deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
- Actively promote the firm, nurturing a network of potential clients and scoping new service lines for existing clients.
- Assist in the strategic planning and delivery of business services.
- Manage and motivate a small team of c.6 staff, reporting to the Board on performance.

- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail.
