Recovery Controller

We are a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week breakdown and recovery service that aims to provide an excellent service to our contractors and customers, looking for somebody to join our recovery team.

You will be one of the first contacts for drivers, contractors, and customers who require assistance and therefore a high degree of customer service ability is required. Due to the company operating a 365 days a year service, the role will include some lone working and working during weekends and bank holidays (on call with phone/laptop from home on a rota)

**Responsibilities of the role**

You will be responsible for gaining authorisation from customers, aswell as updating paperwork/costs and preparing the jobs for invoicing. Incoming queries will need to be dealt with and answered on a daily basis.

There is a rota for out of hours call handling/controlling of jobs (to be discussed further).

**Desirable requirements**.

Similar previous experience.

Knowledge of APEX and RMS Systems

Good geographical knowledge of the local area.

Working with word and excel.

**Required experience**.

Working as part of a team.

Call handling and logistics.

Working independently.

Customer service experience.

Experience in working towards time-sensitive goals.

**Salary**: £29k to 39k (based on experience, hours work, on call rota)
