**Job Title: Head of Sales**
**Reports to**:Managing Director
**Responsible For**:Sales Agents and Internal Sales people including Design team
**Job Purpose**:
To meet annual Company sales targets to enable profit to be £xK by 30.11.2026
**Key Outcomes**:
To achieve annual Company sales targets
**Role includes**:
i. To produce annual sales forecasts based on five-way number principles
ii. To create, implement and manage suitable strategies to achieve sales targets
iii. To assist internal members of sales team to achieve their sales targets including managing the Design Team.
iv. To create and manage suitable inbound and outbound leads for the Company
v. To manage, motivate and expand the worldwide Agent network
vi. To sell to own customers
vii. To visit customers and agents worldwide as required
viii. To ensure monthly sales targets are going to be hit
ix. To manage web and social media presence.
x. Attend relevant trade shows to obtain new ideas for the following season or to meet customers - existing or potential
xi. To manage the creation of an appropriate annual Collection brochure and Point of Sale material
xii. Strategic Planning
a. As a member of the senior management team, you would attend meetings and be one of the main contributors to our five-year planning project.
b. Would contribute in producing a 90-day Company plan quarterly and produce and action the Sales department’s 90-Day plan
c. Attend weekly tactical work review meetings with Managing Director
d. Maintain/create/report on departmental KPIs
**Skills/experience required**:
i. To have a minimum of five years sales experience preferably in the têxtiles industry
ii. Successful team management experience
iii. Negotiation skills
iv. Logical with good time management skills
v. Microsoft Office skills
vi. Ability to use the Action Coach Five Way number sales and marketing principles - training will be provided
vii. Full & Clean driving licence
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £40,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
